At the annual charity rare car competition Amelia Concours D’Elegance, Attucks, founded

rapper Wyclef Jean, introduced a new electric supercar. The two-seater Apex AP-0 is said to be the lightest electric sports car in its class.

Apex AP-0 weighs only 1.2 tons.This was achieved through the use of an ultra-light carbon fiber body. According to the company representatives, it provides both low weight and sufficient rigidity through a specially designed frame.

It is noted that the supercar is capable of accelerating to305 km / h, while from 0 to 100 km / h it accelerates in just 2.3 seconds. The developers note the aerodynamic body structure, which directs air under the car and behind the front wheels, increasing the streamlining of the car. A flat floor uses the principle of ground effect, which "presses" the car to the ground, allowing you to take corners at high speed.

Apex AP-0 uses electric propulsiona unit installed at the rear of the body, which allows the car to develop a power of 650 hp, and the engine torque is 580 N * m. The supercar uses a 90 kW battery. The Apex AP-0 is expected to go on sale in late 2024 for $350,000.
