In the US, smartphones of 2016 model year and older began to be disconnected from the network

Foreign carrier T-Mobile will not allow some older smartphones, including OnePlus One, Xperia Z3 and Nexus 9

connect to your network. The ban will come into force on January 29.

It will cover 19 devices, including tablets and even cameras. T-Mobile customers began receiving warnings on December 28th. They will be able to update their devices for free.

The list of unsupported smartphones includes models from 2016 and older. Most of the devices came out in 2014-2015. These gadgets stopped receiving official updates for a long time.
