Blizzard has temporarily disabled the ability to open Heardstone Standard packs and classes because they were found to contain

problem. What exactly this bug is is not known, but there are rumors that the whole issue is with the new and supposedly ultra-rare Signature cards that began to be used today.

In fact, the problem is not in the cards themselves, asmany might think that they fall out much more often than they should. Signature cards can be purchased in standard and class card packs, as well as March of the Lich King – new expansion that came out today. The sets in it are equal in rarity to the drop frequency of Golden Legendary cards. According to Heardstone Top Desk calculations, this means that on average you'll get one card every 181 open packs.

Soon after this generosity, players begannoticing that they can no longer open Standard or Class packs, which has led to numerous complaints on the Hearthstone forums and subreddit. A little later, Blizzard issued an official statement on this matter: &#8220;We are temporarily disabling package opening for standard and class packages while we investigate a potential issue with these packages&#8221;.

It is not yet known when the ability to open packages with cards will become available again.
