What to expect
Well-known informant Max Jamborreports that OnePlus will unveil the OnePlus Concept Two concept smartphone at the international event. This appears to be the successor to the OnePlus Concept One (pictured), a concept gadget that debuted at CES 2020.
OnePlus Concept One was really interestinga device with a leather back surface, a McLaren-style design and an “invisible” triple main camera. The lenses are placed under five ultra-thin layers, the middle of which is the most important electrochromic material. This coating darkens when a directed current charge is applied. That is, when the camera is turned off, the glass is dark and the lenses behind it are not visible, but as soon as the camera application is activated, the coating becomes transparent. Unfortunately, this technology was never implemented in any finished product.
What innovations OnePlus Concept Two will demonstrate is still unknown.
