What is known
We are talking about the Snapdragon 775 processor, which will be the successor to the Snapdragon 765G. The chipset comes with the model number SM7350 and the code name Cedros.
Their testing platform is high end: 12 GB LPDDR5 (!) RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, 120Hz screen. SM7350 seems closely related to SM8350, so 7-series is in for a rather massive upgrade, from what it looks like.

The processor is also credited with supporting 120Hz displays, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 drives. Naturally, the novelty will receive a built-in 5G modem.
When to expect
When the Snapdragon 775 will be announced - there is no official information. It will most likely be unveiled alongside the Snapdragon 875 at Qualcomm's annual Snapdragon Tech Summit in December.
