According to the source, all three devices (GalaxyS20, S20+ and S20 Ultra) will receive a standard memory modification with 12 GB of RAM (LPDDR5). This is a significant increase compared to last year's models. Basically, all Galaxy S10s came with 8GB of RAM. The only exceptions were the top version Galaxy S10+ (12 GB) and the younger model Galaxy S10e (6 GB).
