Following Android, Instagram developers have released their application with a dark theme for iOS device users.
What is known
As in the case of the version for Android, the iOS application also received a deep black color, which is great for iPhone with OLED displays.

You cannot turn on Dark Mode manually. The theme changes automatically when your device switches to a dark interface. Therefore, the new mode will only work on smartphones with iOS 13.

The new version of Instagram with Dark Mode is already available for download in the App Store.
