Insider Benchleaks has published the test result in Geekbench 5 for the prototype Raptor Lake processor - Core i9-13900K.They were able to
In a single-threaded test, the new processor is 10%faster than the current Core i9-12900K, and 47% faster in multi-threaded. For the multi-threaded result, it may have helped that Intel doubled the number of E-cores in the 13900K compared to the previous generation model.
The result at almost 5.8 GHz is impressive and isa clear indication that the Raptor Lake chips will be up against the AMD Ryzen 7000. It is also noted that the test was most likely an engineering sample, so the end result could be even better.
