Founder and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) Ross Young shared a list of smartphones,
Who's on the list and who's not on it
First of all, there is no iPhone 12 on the list, althoughthe two older models were assigned displays with a 120 Hz refresh rate. According to Young, none of his sources can confirm the implementation of a 120 Hz screen in the iPhone 12 Pro. However, such displays will most likely appear on the iPhone next year. But it is possible that the iPhone 12 will have screens with a frequency of 90 Hz.
Also not on the list is the next flagship Huawei Mate 40. Most likely, it will also have a 90 Hz screen.
But there are many other models on the list. These are smartphones that have already been announced or have not yet been announced. For example, the foldable Huawei Mate X2, the successor to the Xiaomi Mi 9T family, Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, Google Pixel 5, another foldable smartphone Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, Lenovo Legion with a 144 Hz screen, etc.
