iPhone SE 2020: Apple A13 Bionic chip, IP67 water protection, wireless charging, 12 megapixel camera, Touch ID, iPhone 8 design and price tag from $ 400

Four years after the iPhone SE, Apple released its successor, the iPhone SE 2020.

it was said in the leaks, the new product receivedclassic design in the style of the iPhone 8. The smartphone has Touch ID with sapphire coating, as well as a 4.7-inch IPS Retina display with a resolution of 1334×750 pixels. It supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, and True Tone technology, which automatically adjusts screen colors based on ambient light.

Under the hood of the new product is a powerful Apple A13 Bionic processor. The same chip is found in the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The main camera in the iPhone SE 2020 is 12 megapixels with portrait mode (only for people) and f/1.8. The front one, in turn, is 7 megapixels with f/2.2 aperture. Unfortunately, there is no night mode.

Apple battery capacity, as usual, is notreveals, but promises that it will be enough for 13 hours of video viewing. By the way, the new product supports Qi wireless charging and boasts IP67 water protection.

The wireless communication modules in the device include Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.0, LTE and NFC. iPhone SE 2020 runs on iOS 13.

Price and when to wait

The new product will go on sale in the US on April 24. There will be black, white and red colors available, as well as three memory modifications:

• iPhone SE 64 GB - $ 400
• iPhone SE 128 GB - $ 450
• iPhone SE 256 GB - $ 550
