Both smartphones are made of glass and aluminum,look premium and protected against water and dust with IP68 certification. The iPhone XR still looks a bit worse because of the thicker frames around the screen, but in fact it doesn't matter.

Despite this, the iPhone XR will last longer than the Galaxy S10e. The LCD display does not consume as much power as Super AMOLED, which greatly affects the charge rate.

Galaxy S10e wins in terms of charging speed. Samsung did not improve the speed of wired charging, but the S10e at least comes with a 15 watt power adapter, not 5 watts like the iPhone XR.

Both smartphones support wireless charging standard Qi, but here the Galaxy S10e also wins, because it can be charged at a speed of 12 watts. This is better than 7.5 watts on the iPhone XR.
