Iran prepares landfill to launch its own satellites into Earth orbit

Tehran plans to launch its own Zafar satellite into orbit in the near future. At the same time, the Iranian authorities

made a schedule of launches of five more satellites, said Jahromi.

Other launch details, including the launch vehicle on which the satellites will be put into orbit, have not yet been revealed.

Iran has become the eighth space power in the world,which can independently launch satellites into orbit of the Earth, in 2009. The country launched its last space launch in 2015. Usually, Iran uses the Shahab series of ballistic missile modifications as high-altitude rockets and launch vehicles.
