A detailed analysis of ten types of Internet bullying at once (Youtube show "Cyberethics")

In 2021, legislative amendments came into force - now social networks are required to independently identify and block illegal information. And they really began to respond to complaints faster and remove dangerous content.
But overall, it doesn't get much better.In Russia, the number of cases of online bullying of children increased by 30% in the third quarter of 2021. The biggest problem in the issue of cyberbullying, the vice-president of the RPF (Russian Peace Foundation - peacekeeping charitable non-governmental organization) Elena Sutormina, called that "many parents do not realize its real danger to the health of the child."
Damage can be both psychological andphysical. “There is a problem of cyberbullying, and we see it. We were approached by the parents of a child who was beaten, and he ended up in the hospital. This all lasted for about a year, and the school administration and the teacher did not respond to the parents' appeals, they tried to look for the cause in the child himself, which is categorically unacceptable. And it all started just with bullying on the Internet, ”said Larisa Sanatovskaya, executive director of the National Parents Association (NRA).

The reality to which we are already accustomed is that posting on the Internet can result in administrative or even criminal punishment.
Cases under article282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity”). It provides for a fine in the amount of 300,000 to 500,000 rubles or imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
And this is not the only "extremist" article.There are five of them in total: 280, 282, 282.1, 148 and 354. In order not to fall under them, it is not recommended to publish texts, images and videos on the topic of nationalities; content that makes fun of religions; information about fascism and terrorism.
The statistics are frightening:in 2021, the number of those convicted under “extremist” articles has sharply increased in Russia. According to the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court, in 2020, under Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism) was convicted by only eight people, and in 2021 - already 30. Under 148 of the Criminal Code (insulting the feelings of believers), 16 people were convicted, while in 2020 there were only two of them.
And most of all, the number of sentences forthe very same part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or hostility under aggravating circumstances - for example, with the threat of violence): in 2020, only five people were convicted of it, and in 2021 - already 43, more than eight times, of which to real imprisonment two were sentenced.

One of the most popular ways to get hold ofvictim's money - hacking the user's account and sending messages to his friends asking for help in a difficult situation. According to online surveys (for example, a survey of participants in the Modern Insurance Technologies website, if we take recent ones), we received fake messages from “friends” asking for financial assistance. 48% of them received such messages at least once this year. In most cases (42%), they did not respond to the messages, and a quarter of the respondents laughed it off in response. The only good news is that there are only not so many of them - only 6% - lost money by sending a transfer to scammers. And still, the dynamics in Russia is negative: in 2021, the number of cybercrimes increased by 1.8 times.
