There are several reasons why people mightbe wary of using the microwave and heating food in it. This is a decrease in the nutritional value of food, the possibility of the appearance of various chemicals in food, the effect of microwave radiation on the molecular structure of the product.

It doesn't really make sense because of everythinglisted above to refuse the microwave oven. Such devices are checked for safety more than once (in the country of manufacture and in the Russian Federation). And if we talk about microwave radiation, then it cannot harm a person in any way. The dose of this radiation is too small to adversely affect the human body.

But the nutritional value of products and the truthdecreases when food is heated in the microwave. But it decreases to about the same extent if, instead of a microwave oven, an oven, a burner, or even the sun's rays are used for this. What's more, reheating food in the microwave is even healthier than reheating food on the stove, as it doesn't require the use of oil or fat.
