The Nintendo Switch version of Tactics Ogre: Reborn appears to have keyboard and mouse support.

This was discovered by one of the Reddit users, rummagingin the controller configuration. Keyboard shortcuts are displayed in the menu, allowing the player to set two keys for the same action. A keyboard and mouse can be connected directly to the USB ports on the Switch dock. According to u/solwhitehorn, the Dell USB key and wireless keyboard and mouse were working properly while playing Tactics Ogre: Reborn.
Tactics Ogre:Reborn – One of the few games on Switch that fully supports keyboard and mouse controls.
