We are talking about the Daedalic Entertainment studio,which released action-adventure The Lord of the Rings: Gollum a few days ago. Critics and gamers took Gollum so negatively that the authors had to make a public apology for a poor-quality product.
But, as reported by the GamesWirtschaft portal, Daedalic Entertainment is working on another project in the universe of The Lord of the Rings.
A game codenamed It's Magic by Daedalic Entertainment has been found in a database of video games for which the German government is providing financial support.
The description reads:
Players will find themselves in a rich world full ofmythical creatures and magic. The plot of the game will tell the story of one of the characters, which has never been told before. The player explores completely new regions and influences events based on their role and abilities. He is trying to influence the course of things and change the fate of the world. This project is aimed at avid fans of fantasy and action-adventure genres.
According to the It's Magic database, Germany has donated €2.03 million.
When to expect
It's Magic is due for release in August 2024.
