H3 is a modern Japanese rocket.It should compete with SpaceX's Falcon 9 and replace the H-IIA, which will make its last flight next year. The first start of the H3 was scheduled for the middle of last month, but did not take place due to a malfunction of the electrical system that supplies power to the power plant.
