JioPhone Next's "cheapest 4G smartphone in the world" will receive a Qualcomm 215 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13MP camera

A few months ago, the Indian company Jio Platforms, in collaboration with Google, introduced the JioPhone Next smartphone.

Although, in fact, the official presentation has alreadywas, then the characteristics of the device were not named. They only emphasized that this is the cheapest smartphone in India and throughout the world (but the price tag is also unknown). But now Mishaal Rahman from XDA has corrected this and published details about the smartphone on social networks.

What to expect

JioPhone Next will be an entry-level smartphonelevel, therefore his equipment is appropriate. The basis is the Qualcomm 215 processor, which also supports Nokia 1.4. The RAM capacity is only 2 GB, and the gadget runs Android 11 (Go Edition). Google Camera Go and Duo Go apps will also be pre-installed.

The JioPhone Next is expected to go on sale from September 10.
