Kuo and Gurman are confident that there will be no iPhone 15 Pro Max in 2023 - it will be replaced by the Ultra version

Apple unveiled the iPhone 14 lineup this week, so it's time to talk about the next generation.

iPhone 15. Well-known analyst Ming Chi Kuo and Mark Gurman from Bloomberg have already voiced some of their forecasts.

Even more differences

Kuo is confident that regular iPhones will be available next year15 and Pro models will have even more differences - so Apple wants to give buyers more reasons to choose higher-end smartphones. This will increase the Pro supply distribution and ultimately increase the average selling prices of the iPhone 15 family as a whole.

Additionally, Kuo predicts that Apple will createmore differentiation within the Pro series itself, but did not go into details. Mark Gurman agrees with him, predicting that in 2023 the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be replaced by a model with the Ultra prefix in its name. Considering the presence in Apple's range of Watch Ultra smartwatches and Pro, Max and Ultra configurations for M-series Mac processors, this sounds quite logical.
