105-mm artillery mount is designed forproviding fire support and firing from closed positions. The firing range of the howitzer is from 11 km to 19 km, depending on the shells used. L119 can destroy lightly armored vehicles and manpower.
Great Britain sent 36 towed ships to Ukrainehowitzers. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces received 72,000 artillery shells for the L119. Military assistance also includes hundreds of unmanned aerial vehicles and M109 self-propelled artillery systems.
