Leaky Black Shark 6 prototype on live photos

Last year, Xiaomi tried to sell the Black Shark gaming phone brand to Tencent, but it eventually pulled out

from the deal, which was followed by large-scalecuts in Black Shark. There were even rumors about the closure of the brand, reinforced by the fact that the company never announced a single smartphone based on Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. However, at the end of February it became known from Digital Chat Station that Black Shark is alive and is even preparing a smartphone based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. And yesterday it became known what it will look like.

These photos ended up on Taobao-ownedFree Fish private marketplace (Xianyu) posted by user Takum1, who wants to sell this prototype with 12+512GB of memory, JoyUI 13, 120W charger and a camera based on a 64MP IMX686 sensor for 3,900 yuan (44,700 rubles). ). The low price is connected, apparently, with the presence of extra holes in the smartphone case, which greatly complicate its use (for example, a hole instead of a camera). However, some of the holes may not be superfluous, because the smartphone, according to rumors, will have active cooling.

Note that a long time afterpublication, the ad has not yet been removed from the "Free Fish", although usually sellers of unannounced smartphones quickly arrive from manufacturers. This indicates either that Black Shark does not have the resources to fight Takum1, or that this prototype will never go into production. We are waiting for new details about Black Shark 6.
