What is known
Lenovo introduced the IdeaPad Pro 5 14 andIdeaPad Pro 5 16 with 14" and 15" displays respectively. The first laptop received the Ryzen 5 7640HS, Ryzen 7735HS and Ryzen 7 7840HS chips, and the second one also received the Ryzen 5 7535HS in addition to the previous three. Notably, AMD has yet to announce these APUs.

The IdeaPad Pro 5 14 is equipped with a screen resolution2880 x 1800 pixels at 120 Hz or 2240 x 1440 pixel panel without increased frame rate. In both cases, an IPS matrix is used.
The IdeaPad Pro 5 16 also received an IPS screen, but itresolution increased to 2560 x 1600 pixels. There is only one modification with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 350 nits. At the same time, this model is equipped with discrete graphics NVDIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 or RTX 4050.

Both new items have 16/32 GB of RAMand a 512 GB or 1 TB PCIe SSD. The list of interfaces includes one USB 4.0, USB-C (USB 3.2) and HDMI 2.1, two USB-A (USB 3.1), Wi-Fi 6/6E, Bluetooth 5.1, Mini-Jack and two 2W stereo speakers. The battery capacity is 75 Wh.
Price and when to wait
Lenovo will begin selling the IdeaPad Pro 5 14 and IdeaPad Pro 5 16 in late spring next year. The cost of laptops starts at €1099.
