The device’s panel has 33 million pixels, which is 16 times larger than a 1080p TV, and four times larger than a 4K TV.
In addition to HDMI 2.1, which allows users to watch videos and movies in 8K at 60 frames per second, LG TV supports Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit. In some markets, devices will be sold with built-in Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
The TV has already appeared on sale in Australia, Germany, France, the UK and the USA for $ 42,000. It is not yet known when it will reach us.
