Lithuanians are raising 5,000,000 euros for the Bayraktar TB2 reconnaissance and strike drone for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Lithuanian TV presenter Andrius Tapinas has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for

purchase of an unmanned aerial vehicle for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

What is known

Topinas offered to buy the Ukrainian military reconnaissance and attack drone Bayraktar TB2. It costs 5 million euros. In two days he managed to collect more than 2.5 million euros.

Naturally, a civilian cannot just buy a military drone, so the Lithuanians turned to the Ministry of Defense, which had already agreed with the Turkish company Baykar Makina.
