Magic The Gathering Arena will be released on Android in January, and cross-play with PC is included

Wizards of the Coast announced the release of Magic: The Gathering to mobile platforms.

The project will be released on January 28, but first on Android as part of early access. The full release, along with the iOS version, will take place before the end of 2021.

According to the developers, in Magic:The Gathering Arena Mobile will have all the content that has already been released for the PC version, as well as the upcoming Kaldheim expansion. The rules of the game will remain the same: players use various cards to accumulate mana, which is spent on summoning creatures, spells and activating abilities. The main goal is to reduce the enemy's health to zero.

Since the content and rules do not differ betweenmobile and computer Magic: The Gathering Arena, then there is no reason to divide the audience. Therefore, already in early access, the game received support for cross-platform multiplayer.
