Crystal Dynamics left the project in January afterseveral years of trials and errors in finding a permanent audience. The game had big problems from the very beginning and only got worse from there: fans were disappointed with the releases of exclusive content for certain platforms, the 2020 beta test did not generate any special emotions, and at the end of 2021 Square Enix announced that the game would release #8220;disappointment”.

However, the developers still triedfix something. But in January of this year, they abandoned this useless task, announcing that update 2.8, scheduled for March 31, would be the last, and “official support” ends on September 30th. Luckily, the game won't disappear completely: single and multiplayer modes will be available for an undetermined amount of time in the future.
