I still want to start with LG.They broke into the mobile phone market a long time ago, at the dawn of push-button dialers, and they felt quite successful there. At some point, LG mobile phones were even more popular than Samsung (polyphonic clamshells, fashionable LG Chocolate slider, and so on). After the calls, the company decided to try smartphones - back then on Symbian, but when Android started to win, they switched to it.
