The discontinuation of the Pro line has been confirmed.Information about the unannounced Meizu NIUX smartphone, which could be the first of the new ME line, has already repeatedly appeared on the network. Now some rumors about the characteristics have been confirmed by Meizu CEO and co-founder Bai Yongxiang. According to him, NIUX (code name) will have a FullHD display and the best processor at the moment, although he does not specify the model. He considers 2K (or more) screens to be a counter-intuitive solution for smartphones.

The presentation could happen soon:it looks like the end of September, or the beginning of October. Based on earlier rumors, the diagonal of the smartphone will be 5.5 inches, the 14-nanometer 64-bit eight-core Samsung Exynos 7420 will be used as a processor, and the amount of RAM will be 3 or 4 GB.
