Microsoft and its developercomputer games Mojang Synergies AB are asking the court to terminate the legal protection of the Minecraft trademark. The fact is that City LLC does not even use it, and Microsoft is the owner of the exclusive right to the Minecraft game, but cannot register the trademark of the same name in Russia due to the actions of City LLC.

He said that the legal entity City was created specifically for the registration of trademarks. The manufacturer once suggested to Microsoft that it produce children's whey-juice drinks under the Minecraft brand, but has not received a response from the American company. Now "Kolomenskoye Milk" is ready to abandon the trade mark.
