Microsoft Activision deal likely to be cleared by EU regulators, Reuters reports

Microsoft is likely to receive approval to acquire Activiosn Blizzard, as reported by Reuters. Corporation

recently struck several deals with Nintendo and Nvidia that will likely satisfy European Union regulators.

It is also reported that the European Commission is unlikely towhether will require Microsoft to sell any assets of Activ. Bliz. as a condition for regulatory approval. The move would contrast with the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), which offered several possible remedies, including Microsoft's sale of part of Activision Blizzard, the studio responsible for developing the Call of Duty series.

In any case, the regulators are preparing to announce the final decision on April 25, so we wish Microsoft good luck.
