Microsoft and Samsung have collaborated to add new features to those recently introduced by the South Korean company
Thanks to the version of Microsoft Teams launchedOn the Galaxy Z foldable smartphones, users can view the presentation at the top of the screen and see their opponents' faces at the bottom. In Teams, a user can open a shared whiteboard and draw on it using the S-Pen. Outlook can display the contents of an email on one side and a preview of it on the other.
Samsung's new foldable smartphones are alsosupport the transfer of content between multiple active Microsoft applications. For example, users can open Excel and PowerPoint and it is fairly easy to transfer the spreadsheet directly into the presentation. New is the ability to run two instances of the same Microsoft app on new Samsung smartphones.
In its corporate blog, Microsoft callsGalaxy Z Fold3 “a multitasking workstation” and provides details on how its enterprise apps work on Samsung's new foldable smartphones.
