This problem has finally been fixed inWindows 11 Build 22000.282, available to all users today as an optional update in Windows Update. While the previous Windows 11 update made the problems worse, today's update should fix them once and for all.
The second unresolved issue concerns technologypreferred AMD cores, which switches threads to the fastest processor core. AMD claims this second bug may affect performance in CPU-dependent tasks and has already released a new chipset driver version 3.10.08.506.
The Windows 11 update also includes a bignumber of fixes, including a fix for an issue where the “Start” did not open after an OS update, as well as a fix for input lag for some Bluetooth mice and keyboards. A complete list of the fixes included in this update can be found on the Microsoft website.
