The Xbox Series X kit will include a new controllerXbox Wireless Controller. According to the company, the controller design has been redesigned to improve usability. At the same time, the main difference from the usual “elite gamepad” is the Share button.

According to Microsoft, Xbox Series X is workingon an AMD processor based on Zen 2 and RDNA architecture. The company promises hardware support for ray tracing and Variable Rate Shading (VRS) technologies with Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), which will help take the quality of the gaming experience to the next level. Instead of a classic hard drive, the Xbox Series X received an SSD. Backward compatibility with Xbox One and other previous generation consoles also remains.

To show off the power of the new Xbox, Microsoftreleased a trailer for Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, which became the first game announced for the Series X. According to Microsoft, the console will be able to run games in 4K at 60 frames per second and the ability to boost up to 120 frames.

The Xbox Series X will be released during the 2020 holiday season, as will the console’s closest competitor, the PlayStation 5.
