Microsoft is teaming up with research company OpenAI to develop its cloud platform.
Both teams will work on improvingcomputing technologies and AI in Microsoft Azure. Under the terms of the contract, OpenAI will run its services exclusively in the Microsoft cloud. Ultimately, partners are hoping to create artificial intelligence (AGI) that will fit or even transcend the human mind.
In a press release, representatives of OpenAIadded that AGI can also help solve the problems of climate change, affordable and high-quality healthcare, as well as personalized education.
