Microsoft is adding new interactive widgets to Windows 11 – they will be able to send notifications.

This week, Microsoft began rolling out a new system of interactive widgets for Windows 11. If

“old” Most of these widgets were static, but now Microsoft is now adding live animation to them, for example, to the standard “Weather” widget.

The update will roll out gradually toall Windows 11 users. Notifications appear as live animations on the taskbar weather widget and include notifications about thunderstorms and even notifications about when the stocks you follow are going up or down.

“If something important happens in a widget you've added, you'll see an announcement from that widget in your taskbar,” Microsoft explains.
