Tomorrow the browser will be disabled on all current versions of Windows 10: 20H2 and newer; 10 IoT, 20H2 and newer. On Windows 11, this browser is no longer available; Microsoft Edge is standard in the system.

However, IE mode will be supported in Edge until2029, perhaps longer - this will allow the company to upgrade all legacy applications. In addition, on versions of Windows that supported IE, Edge will be rolled out gradually.

As noted, Microsoft recommends that all users migrate all data from IE to Edge in a timely manner.
