Microsoft is working on its own analogue of CCleaner for PC

Microsoft is currently working on a new PC Manager program that is designed to improve

device performance, similar to CCleraner.

What is known

The beta version of Microsoft PC Manager includes storage management features and the ability to quickly complete tasks, as well as control which programs are launched at system startup.

Most of these features are already present.on Windows, but everything is gathered in one place. In particular, there is a browser protection section here, which makes it much easier to set any browser as the default browser.

The storage manager feature allows you to manageprograms and delete those that you do not use for a long period of time. Scan to clean up or scan to identify large files on the disk is also available. The process management feature is a simplified task manager where you can end processes that consume too much PC resources. Pressing the "Bost" button will start cleaning up temporary files to free up space.

The public beta version of the program is now availableon the official Microsoft website for China, which may indicate the specificity of the market for which it is designed. To run the program, you need to have Windows 10 or newer installed.
