At Microsoft, Ibarra worked on the Gears seriesof War, Age of Empires and Sunset Overdrive, and has spent recent years on the development of Xbox Live, Xbox Game Pass and Mixer. What the new manager will do at Blizzard is not yet known. It is possible that Mike will take on the development of Diablo 4 and the new Overwatch, which, according to rumors, will be shown at BlizzCon 2019.
