Microsoft has expanded its Surface Studio all-in-one series with a new model. The manufacturer announced Surface Studio 2+ with

updated hardware and the same design (in the style of Studio 2).

What is known

Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ is equipped with a chipIntel 11th Generation Core i7-11370H. Why the company did not use 13th or at least 12th generation processors is not entirely clear. The graphics system is represented by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile graphics card with 6 GB of VRAM.

The monoblock display is based on a panelTouch-enabled PixelSense. The matrix has a diagonal of 28”, aspect ratio of 3 to 2, resolution of 4500 x 3000 pixels and support for Dolby Vision technology.

To transfer data at high speed MicrosoftSurface Studio 2+ offers three USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support at once. In addition, the list of connectors includes two USB-A (3.1), Mini-Jack and gigabit Ethernet. Wireless interfaces are represented by Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6E adapters. In addition, the novelty is equipped with stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos, microphones and a webcam that can record video in Full HD.

Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ is only available inone modification. The monoblock is equipped with 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1 TB SSD drive and costs $4,300. You need to pay extra for the keyboard, mouse, and Surface Pen stylus for $300. The novelty is already available for pre-order, and sales will begin on October 12.
