Microsoft will pay employees an additional $ 1200 for physical and mental well-being

Microsoft decided to help its employees avoid emotional burnout while working remotely. Company

will pay them an additional $1,200. Employees will be able to spend the money on anything that will maintain their physical, mental and financial well-being.

Microsoft leadership initiative is called PerksPlus. This is an extension of Microsoft's Stay Fit project, which allowed employees to spend $800 a year on health and fitness. The Perks Plus program will run until early 2022. Employees will be able to receive $1,200 per year from the company.

The program has a condition - all items and services,that employees can pay should help improve their mental and physical well-being. The money received from Microsoft cannot be spent on weapons, game consoles and board games.
