Minotaur II+ booster exploded during testing 11 seconds after launch

The US Air Force has tested the Minotaur II+ launch vehicle.

Tests were carried out in

California and ended unsuccessfully.11 seconds after launch, the Minotaur II+ launch vehicle exploded. Its debris fell near the launch pad. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.

Recall that the Minotaur II + test is one of the steps towards the development of the LGM-35A Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missile. It will replace the Minuteman missiles.
