Assembly wants to stir up public interest in the new product, so it releases notes on the blog. The last one is about starting positions.

The place where the factions begin their journey hasgreat importance. The developers note that the starting position sets the tone for the entire session due to a number of factors. These include the number of hostile groups nearby, the placement of resources and the type of terrain.

Most legendary lords will start withoriginal places, but for 29 factions the starting position was changed. The changes were explained by lore, and the team also wanted to introduce racial diversity in some areas andadd spice to already familiar battles. But there is no need to expect drastic changes - Emperor Karl Franz will not appear, for example. in Lustria.
