Motorola will return to the flagship device segment in 2020 with a smartphone based on the SoC Snapdragon 865

Since 2018, Motorola decided to focus only on budget and mid-budget smartphones, but soon

Qualcomm Snapdragon Tech EventSummit 2019 Motorola spokesman announced that the manufacturer will return to the premium device segment. The company has already begun to take its first steps in this direction, releasing a “clamshell” Motorola RAZR.

Details about the new flagship Motorola has not yetlot. It is known that the device will debut in the first half of 2020 and will receive a top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor with a Snapdragon X55 5G modem. Unfortunately, it is not known whether this will be a representative of the Moto Z line or a completely new device.

Recall, Motorola is now preparing to release the One Hyper smartphone with a moving front camera and a chip, like the Moto Z4 and Motorola One Zoom.
