After checking, it became known that the level of moisture increased due to the settings, in connection with which, about two months ago, the space agency allowed the continuation of operations outside the ISS.

However, NASA in a few years wantsget new generation space suits. To do this, the federal agency entered into an agreement with Collins Aerospace. The contract value is $9,702 million.

The current suits appeared about 50 years ago andweigh over 30 kg. The key requirements for next-generation suits are lighter weight and improved mobility. The test version will be ready in early 2024.
