NASA helicopter showed sunset on Mars. It doesn't look like earth.

On February 22, 2023, its 45th flight, NASA's Ingenuity helicopter captured an image of the Sun approaching

to a dune on the Martian horizon. He used a high-resolution color camera, in which the star appears almost white, as in space. An artifact from the image capture process makes it appear as if real rays are falling on the surface of the dune.

Sunsets on Venus are not visible due to sulfur cloudsacids. The gas giants are also not visible because of their clouds. On Mercury, the sunset would be too bright and it would take a very long time to wait for it. But things are different on Mars. It has a thin enough atmosphere for sunlight to fall on the planet's surface, and its rotation speed is close to Earth's. Therefore, every 24.5 hours something similar to a sunset occurs.

NASA scientists began collecting various photographsthese events from the robotic vehicles that are now exploring the Red Planet. The Ingenuity helicopter, launched along with the Perseverance rover, has been on Mars for almost two years and has completed more than 45 flights. Some of them were photographed by the rover's apparatus.
