The invention is intended to improveperformance of professional Chinese content moderators, especially porn moderators. It is reported that when a user sees explicit content, the gadget registers a burst of brain waves.
It should be noted that pornography is illegal inChina, and the country's censorship system removes such content from the internet. Scientists are looking for ways to automate this process, which is why devices like the one described above are emerging. However, it obviously has gaps: the study says only about 80 percent accuracy of the device, and only 15 men were included in the test group.
