If you are a fan of funny animations on iPhone and iPad, then you will be happy to release a new free jailbreak tweak

After installing the tweak, the screen of your device will be filled with virtual ants, which will crawl along the entire interface. They appear both on the home screen and in applications.

I wonder how it looks? Here is the image from the home screen:

And here is how the Ants tweak looks in the application:

Ants jailbreak tweak adds a new section to Settings, where you can configure several options.

Here you can:

  • Enable and disable the tweak.
  • Select the maximum number of ants on the screen (more ants consume more resources).
  • Choose the frequency of ants.
  • Use an accelerometer to interact with ants.

The developer also added a respring button to the settings section so you can apply the changes.

Ants is a remake of the classic tweak, which was still available for jailbreak iOS 1.1. That was over 11 years ago. The new tweak is supported by devices with jailbreak iOS 10 and iOS 11.

Please note that for now, Ants tweak is in beta. If you still want to install it, you can download the tweak for free from the SparkDev repository in Cydia.
