Currently, the largest ad service in Russia, Avito, is owned by South African Naspers. However, recently there have appeared
First edition of The Bell, citing sourcesreported that the ex-general director of MegaFon, businessman Ivan Tavrin, will become the buyer of 100% of Avito shares. Then the information was confirmed: a sale deal was concluded with the Kismet Capital Group holding, owned by Tavrin. The deal amounted to 151 billion rubles.
It is noted that this amount is lower than the estimate, whichwas with Avito before the start of the "special operation". The company could cost 500-600 billion rubles. It is reported that Tavrin has already agreed to finance the deal with a loan from a Russian bank.
