New renderings of iPhone SE 2 (aka iPhone 9): greetings from the past

In the spring, Apple should introduce the successor to the iPhone SE - the iPhone SE 2 or, according to recent rumors, the iPhone 9. Well-known insider

OnLeaks, together with the publication iGeeksBlog, published many renderings of the new iPhone model, and also a video with it starring in the bargain.

What showed

We have already been warned that the iPhone SE 2 will be similar in appearance to the iPhone 8 2017, and this is absolutely true: the frames around the screen are very thick, and at the bottom there is the already forgotten round Home button.

According to OnLeaks, the smartphone will have4.7-inch display and dimensions: 138.5 x 67.4 x 7.8 mm (8.6 mm including rear camera bump). That is, the iPhone SE 2 will be even slightly wider than the iPhone 8 (7.8 mm instead of 7.3 mm).

The insider believes that smartphones will also bedistinguish the back surface: the iPhone 8 has a glossy glass, and the iPhone SE 2 has a matte glass, like the iPhone 11. Most likely, the new model will support wireless charging.

There is one camera on the back panel, with a flash next to it.
