Having officially announced the premiere date of the new flagships, Samsung began publishing advertising materials and videos.
With one of them leaked onto the Internetan insider, we met a day earlier, and today another one appeared on the Samsung website. In it, the Koreans promise us “megapixels that will make you exclaim “Wow!””. Considering the early rumors, there is no doubt: the top-end Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a 200-megapixel main camera (although this has not yet been stated directly). Let us remind you that this will be Samsung’s own ISOCELL HP2 sensor, which is far from record-breaking in size 1/1.3″ with 0.6-μm pixels. And although our observations show that large sensors like 1″ Sony IMX989 is much more useful than ultra-high resolutions, let's hope that the new “ultra” will not be inferior to its predecessors when shooting in low light.
